Annie Froese

Artist, teacher, and gallery owner Annie Froese works in oil, acrylic, watercolour, and calligraphy. Froese completed a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Language from the University of Western Ontario in 1980. In 2000 she opened the Art and Soul Studio/Gallery in High River, Alberta where she prioritized representation of local Albertan artists.
Froese has shown in galleries and exhibitions across Southern Alberta. She believes in celebrating the creative processes present in everybody, a belief exemplified by her long commitment to providing community art classes and workshops.
