Ron Sebastian

Ron Sebastian is concerned with working in and preserving the traditional designs of his community. He works in jewelry, printmaking, and carving. His carved murals have been commissioned for various public buildings, including a 1977 mural for the foyer of the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs Building in Quebec and a pair of doors in 1995 for the Tourism Centre in Prince George, British Columbia. Sebastian studied at ‘Ksan Historical Village’s Gitanmaax School of Northwest Coast Art. His work is held in international collections.
