Fred Hagan

Canadian, 1918 - 2003

Fred Hagan left school early to help support his family. In 1939 (aged 21) his work was selected to be part of the New York World’s Fair and he began exhibiting with the Royal Canadian Academy of Art. He later taught lithography at the Ontario College of Art. His work can be found in the collection of the National Gallery of Art.
